My name is Rebecca Evans. I am a Resident in Counseling at C & C Therapy Associates, LLC . I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Masters in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am dedicated to helping families and children learn how to communicate effectively, parent with compassion, and learn how to improve relationships within the family. I am experienced in supporting individuals who may be navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression and trauma. I utilize a client centered approach with evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed Care. My focus is to help individuals and families build insight, motivate self learning and learn coping skills. I am a firm believer in a holistic approach to counseling. I believe that there is not a one-size-fits-all treatment plan. l have experience working in a mental health residential facility for children, an inpatient environment with adults, and outpatient therapy with individuals, children and families.

We accept most major insurances. Medicaid is accepted.
Affordable self-pay rates starting at $125 per 45 min session.
How Long Does Therapy Usually Last?
It all depends on the help you are seeking and the range of your symptoms. Processing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, Bipolar disorder, A.D.H.D., O.C.D. and more, usually does not fit into a brief therapy model of treatment although everyone is a unique case. Contact me for a free 15-minute phone consultation, and we can discuss a possible length of treatment based upon the issues you want to address in therapy. Sometimes a determination of length of therapy becomes more clear after a couple sessions.
