Counselor
There are seasons in life where things quietly shift, leaving us feeling unsure, stuck, or searching for clarity. I work with individuals navigating life’s in-between stages—times of transition involving relationships, family roles, career changes, or identity beyond responsibilities and expectations.
I believe listening is one of the most powerful tools in therapy. By slowing down and truly hearing your story, we can better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and identify meaningful ways forward. My approach is person-centered and grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration.
As a Resident in Counseling under supervision, I offer a supportive and practical space to reflect, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we will focus on what matters most to you and take thoughtful steps toward clarity, growth, and a more grounded sense of direction.
