Leslie Smith

Leslie Smith is currently an intern receiving her Clinical Mental Health Counseling Masters degree through Southern New Hampshire University. She approaches counseling with a multi-theoretical approach with person-centered counseling as the focus. This allows a very in-depth treatment approach. Leslie has gained over five years of educational experience and is continuing to work with C & C Therapy Associates in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Leslie has experience with individuals, children, families, and those in need of co-parenting skill building and reunification. Her areas of counseling focus will be for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, trauma, and life transition due to divorce/separation and the military family lifestyle. Individuals set their own pace for sessions. Goals will be clear and attainable. She provides a safe and comfortable space for healing.
